Scope of Work
Interior build out of a vacant space into a contemporary space for a large insurance company. The space includes modern carpet tile flooring with accents for random huddle areas, offices and conference rooms. All offices have a frameless glass front with glass doors giving the space an open and welcoming feel. The break room has a painted exposed ceiling deck with spiral air ducts with a radius drywall cloud above the radius bar top. The flooring in the break room is polished concrete with two 8xlO carpet inserts. The suite also includes beautiful millwork with stone tops, cool tone paint colors with wallpaper in conference rooms and around huddle areas, as well as LED 2×4 light fixtures throughout with random contemporary fixtures in the break room, huddle areas, and guest conference rooms.
