Scope of work: The subject is a constructed assisted living facility and senior day center with 31,238 square feet that is operated by PACE of Southeast Michigan. Having achieved rezoning, site plan approval with special exemption for assisted living, and with a build-to-suit lease in hand with PACE of Southeastern Michigan (“PACE”), the development team has perform adaptive reuse by renovating and expanding the chapel by 8,000 square feet to ultimately deliver a 31,000 square foot facility to PACE.
